After Chell and the kids painted most of the play-set I built a simple canopy for a little shade on top of the play fort part, and then I built a brace for the sliding board.
I replaced the old seats with Amaya's help (click this link to see her help lol), then Chell and I painted the picnic table.

Built a play fort
I built a play fort at my mom's house (It was not a kit, I did it from scratch). The fort is 4" wide and 4" up to the flooring and 8" at its tallest point. The fort has two 5" ramps one with 16 climbing rock grips and the other is just spaced like a wide ladder.
Over due updates
I built a movable sign stand with a solar powered light on it for Chell's business.
I also stripped my old trailer of the old rotten wood and busted the rust. I painted the metal with Rust-Oleum and cut and mounted new wood decking and sides.
It's not really a home improvement but I did put up a movable basketball hoop for the kids.
